Atomic is a digital wealth and trading platform offering equities, ETFs, retirement accounts, and crypto swap services. We are committed to operating transparently, with adherence to applicable financial regulations in the jurisdictions we serve.

What we collect. Account information (name, email, government ID for KYC), trading activity, device/log data, and wallet addresses you provide. We do not sell your personal data.

How we use it. To operate your account, execute trades and swaps, prevent fraud, comply with AML/KYC obligations, and improve our products. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics.

How we protect it. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is limited under a least-privilege model and audited. Authentication supports multi-factor protection.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use financial services in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion in line with regulatory obligations.

Risk disclosure. All investments, including equities, ETFs, and crypto assets, carry risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Crypto assets are highly volatile and may lose value rapidly. You are solely responsible for the decisions made in your account.

Account responsibility. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, verifying wallet addresses, and keeping your contact information current.

Prohibited use. Atomic may not be used for money laundering, financing of illegal activity, market manipulation, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
